CHOCOLATE! That's what's kooking!!

Hello, everyone!

Thanks for stopping by! It's been an exciting week, to say the least. This past Wednesday, I made my appearance on Paula Deen's show and it was a BLAST! I will let you know as soon as they tell me when it will air this fall.

I can't tell you what the show was about, except that is was CHOCOLATE! The one vice I will never be able to give up, so I feel especially fortunate to have been invited to appear on this show! This is a show you won't want to miss. It was SO funny, great recipes and the set was BEAUTIFUL! Besides, I'll never pass on an opportunity to see the lovely and delightfully historic city of Savannah.

Paula is every bit as charming in real life as she is on her shows. She is so quick witted, even more lovely than on her magazine/book covers and just as nice a person as you'd ever want to meet! I felt very at home on the set, her staff was very kind and accommodating and I just can't WAIT to see how great the show is!

The night before the show, we had dinner at The Lady and Sons restaurant and it was TASTY! I am telling you, I don't want to know how many calories are in the crab stew, but I could eat a whole GALLON of that stuff! SO yummy! And the fresh squeezed lemonade tasted just like what I used to get as a kid. OH - and don't miss out on the Shrimp and Grits! It's almost like a shrimp etouffe combined with creamy grits - DELICIOUS! Definitely worth a visit and the wait!
