What they said:
Passion on a Plate
Have you ever been looking for something so specific that you ended up having to make it yourself? That’s exactly what local author Angela McKeller did with her cookbook, “Passion on a Plate.” The self-described “kooky, whimsical and simple girl-next-door” grew up cooking with her great-grandmother, Mom Buck, whom she still credits for her success today. Throughout her life, McKeller has been experimenting with recipes and experiencing the joy of bringing people together with food, which ultimately led her to creating the “affordable and easy gourmet” cookbook. After searching high and low for a cookbook that would meet all of her criteria, she whipped up this wonderful concoction of recipes for all occasions. These recipes are just a taste of her delicious collection.

On February 9, 2010, I was interviewed by Sherry and David on "The Delicious Story". Sherry was working out technical issues and that just made it all more interesting and "kooky"!
A big thank you to Sherry, David and Des Moines Live!
I look forward to the day I can say that David and I didn't have any technical hassles during a show. Amazingly, while I was panicked, David remained calm.
Speaking of grace under pressure . . . Angela McKeller is an absolute pro and a charmer. She tells entertaining stories of growing up with a love of cooking and how she turned that passion into a successful business, a kookbook, and incredible experiences. Enjoy the engaging stories of Angela here and you can also be a kook about dining in your home.
Again, thank you Sherry, David and Des Moines!!
